Convergys

Convergys provides outsourced, integrated, customer care and billing services. We were entrusted for electrical work for their call center in Mumbai As well as in Pune. Our scope of work included LT Panels, Cables, Wiring for Lighting UPS & Raw power, Raceways, earthing and light fixtures. Interestingly, we were also awarded restack work for this office space 10 years later in 2016 for Tata Consultancy services (TCS). The hallmark of this project was the trust we gained from the client from rendering our services for their office space in Pune. They had no hesitation in appointing us for their Mumbai office. At Listenlights, this has been our biggest achievement.
