CoWrks is one of the largest office owners in India. With over 47 million sq. ft. area under their management, they have become the leaders in the workspace solution industry. CoWrks Skyview in Hyderabad is the most sought-after IT and business hub in Hyderabad. We executed the Phase I, Phase II, and Phase III electrical fit-out work for their office facility, spread over an area of 90,000 sq. ft. The most significant challenge that we faced during the execution of this project was the Covid-19 pandemic. We deployed an additional workforce with extra safety precautions and delivered the entire project within the stipulated timelines.
