WeWork Vaishnavi Signature

"WeWork’s Vaishnavi signature is situated in the heart of the city’s rapidly growing tech sector. This vibrant coworking space caters to startups and established companies. WeWork designed and built this 11-story building to drive productivity, engagement, and collaboration in teams of all sizes. We executed electrical fit-out work for the entire building, which is spread across an area of 2.25 lakh sq. ft. Our team at Listenlights also took the initiative in designing UPS and battery room along with PMC. The critical challenge that we faced during the execution was majorly related to shifting the material to all the floors. The building didn’t have a service lift that could help us move all the material seamlessly. Despite all the challenges and hurdles we faced, we completed the entire project and delivered it on time.
