Jayesh Mehta
Embarking on his career in 1979 as a site engineer at Bharat Bijlee Ltd., Mr. Mehta’s journey saw him rise to the position of Project Manager at Crompton Greaves Limited Mumbai. His consistent dedication to fostering a conducive environment for electrical contracting led to his joining hands with Listenlights in 1993, significantly contributing to the company’s rich industry experience.

Mr. Himay Shah, serving as the Director at Listenlights Pvt. Ltd. has brought a refreshing and contemporary approach to the organization, aligning with its core values while adapting to modern times. With a background in the construction industry and formal Master’s education in project contract management, and design tools like Revit, Mr. Shah’s professional journey exemplifies his commitment to excellence.
Having commenced his career in 2010 as a Technical Consultant at Capgemini, Mr. Shah pursued higher education in the United States, obtaining a Masters in Engineering Projects Management from George Washington University. His tenure at Turner Construction Company in the US further honed his skills in engineering and cost analysis, before returning to India to join Listenlights in 2015. Since then, he has been a driving force behind the company’s growth, leveraging his entrepreneurial acumen and technological expertise to propel the organization forward.
Vivek Pathade
Mr. Pathade possesses a deep understanding of project management and construction operations. His core strengths and industry knowledge include structural analysis, project planning, and project management. With a self-motivated and consistent attitude towards work, he has helped the organisation successfully manage all challenging situations.
Mr. Pathade’s academic background, include a Bachelor’s degree from the Maharashtra Institute of Technology and a Masters from Sardar Vallabhbhai National Institute of Technology, underscores his commitment to excellence. His leadership is marked by a self-motivated and consistent approach, characterised by finding simple solutions to complex problems. Beyond work, Mr. Pathade’s interests in biking, touring, and reading, reflected in his favourite books like “Great Leaders Grow” by Ken Blanchard & Mark Miller, highlight his well-rounded personality and thirst for knowledge.
