Despite challenges posed by the old building structure, limited floor height, narrow shafts, and rainy season disruptions, we overcame these obstacles through proper coordination and planning, ensuring timely project completion.

Despite facing challenges during the Covid period, including material and labor management issues, we showcased our expertise in efficient coordination and planning. Overcoming the limitations of a 7.5-ton vehicle load at the site, we ensured seamless material transfer, enabling us to complete the project within the given timelines.

Despite challenges like working at heights of 6.5m and space constraints, we managed efficient value engineering solutions and timely completion. The 8-storey facility has a 32MW capacity and includes electrical LT, UPS, trunking, cablings, racks, trays, and PDU. Listenlights carried out the project, offering colour-coded IT trunking and maintaining the required bending radius.
The Listenlights team successfully completed the NAV 1B data centre phase in Mumbai, despite facing challenges due to the customer’s occupied building. Based on the calibre of the work and the skill in project delivery, the client sought repeat business for their next phase.
