Mr. Kamlesh Shah, Founder and Managing Director of Listenlights Pvt. Ltd, a stalwart with over 45 years of dedicated leadership, he has shaped Listenlights Pvt. Ltd. into India’s fastest-growing MEP service provider. Born in 1958, he began an illustrious career at Sardar Patel College of Engineering, Mumbai, where his academic acumen in mathematics and physics led to a degree in Electrical Engineering.

Mr Shah started at Pan Electricals as a site engineer, but his entrepreneurial spirit eventually brought him to co-found Listenlights in 1983 with the goal of raising the bar for electrical service standards. His leadership has not only propelled Listenlights but he has also become one of the prominent and respected professionals in the industry.

With a keen sense of strategy, Mr. Shah represented ECAM at BIS while serving as Secretary on the board from 2007 to 2013. He has been leading ECAM’s Taxation Committee for over a decade and has a deep understanding of taxation standards.

At Listenlights, Mr. Shah’s philosophy revolves around customer-centricity, resilience, and a dynamic approach to change. His commitment extends beyond business, championing causes like tribal education, girl child upliftment, and healthcare for the elderly.
