Mr. Kamlesh Shah, Founder and Managing Director of Listenlights Pvt. Ltd, a stalwart with over 45 years of dedicated leadership, he has shaped Listenlights Pvt. Ltd. into India’s fastest-growing MEP service provider. Born in 1958, he began an illustrious career at Sardar Patel College of Engineering, Mumbai, where his academic acumen in mathematics and physics led to a degree in Electrical Engineering.
Mr Shah started at Pan Electricals as a site engineer, but his entrepreneurial spirit eventually brought him to co-found Listenlights in 1983 with the goal of raising the bar for electrical service standards. His leadership has not only propelled Listenlights but he has also become one of the prominent and respected professionals in the industry.

With a keen sense of strategy, Mr. Shah represented ECAM at BIS while serving as Secretary
on the board from 2007 to 2013. He has been leading ECAM’s Taxation Committee for over a decade and has a deep understanding of taxation standards.

At Listenlights, Mr. Shah’s philosophy revolves around customer-centricity, resilience, and a dynamic approach to change. His commitment extends beyond business, championing causes like tribal education, girl child upliftment, and healthcare for the elderly.

Jayesh Mehta

Director
Mr. Jayesh Mehta, the Director at Listenlights Pvt. Ltd., brings over 42 years of invaluable experience in electrical contracting, field operations, and industry knowledge to the helm. With an unwavering commitment to excellence, he has been an integral part of Listenlights for the past 28 years.

Embarking on his career in 1979 as a site engineer at Bharat Bijlee Ltd., Mr. Mehta’s journey saw him rise to the position of Project Manager at Crompton Greaves Limited Mumbai. His consistent dedication to fostering a conducive environment for electrical contracting led to his joining hands with Listenlights in 1993, significantly contributing to the company’s rich industry experience.

Mr. Mehta’s leadership is characterized by a relentless pursuit of perfection, treating every challenge as an opportunity for maximum effort and dedication. Over his tenure, he has weathered industry fluctuations, building a team of quality controllers and professionals who align tasks with the organization’s vision.

Himay Shah

Mr. Himay Shah, serving as the Executive Director and CEO at Listenlights Pvt. Ltd. has brought a refreshing and contemporary approach to the organization, aligning with its core values while adapting to modern times. His leadership style, marked by sincerity and focus, has earned him the admiration of his colleagues, who see him as a role model.

With a background in the construction industry and formal Master’s education in project contract management, and design tools like Revit, Mr. Shah’s professional journey exemplifies his commitment to excellence.

Having commenced his career in 2010 as a Technical Consultant at Capgemini, Mr. Shah pursued higher education in the United States, obtaining a Masters in Engineering Projects Management from George Washington University. His tenure at Turner Construction Company in the US further honed his skills in engineering and cost analysis, before returning to India to join Listenlights in 2015. Since then, he has been a driving force behind the company’s growth, leveraging his entrepreneurial acumen and technological expertise to propel the organization forward.

Troy Gilson

Troy Gilson our Chief Operating Officer, is a seasoned professional with over 25 years of distinguished project management experience. Troy’s career trajectory includes successful leadership roles in various global industries, notably in Data Centers, Infrastructure, Utilities, Heavy Industrial, Energy, and Chemical sectors. His tenure at Fluor Corporation, spanning over 15 years, underscores his expertise in overseeing the Engineering, Procurement, Construction, and Commissioning of Hyper-scale Datacenters

With a degree in Integrated Supply Chain Management from the University of California, San Diego, Troy’s expertise spans business development, supply chain management, pre-project planning, proposal analysis, resource planning, project establishment, risk management, change management, start-up, claims mitigation, and resolution through close-out
Troy spearheads the establishment of the Project Management Office across various sectors including Corporate and Commercial Services, Datacenter, Government projects, and Industrial and Logistics. With a focus on driving efficiency and effectiveness through business process improvement and fostering automation, Troy’s leadership is undoubtedly propelling us towards our vision of becoming the most preferred MEP service provider in APAC.

Jayanta Ghosh

Chief Financial Officer
Mr. Jayanta Ghosh as the Chief Financial officer at Listenlights Pvt. Ltd, is a seasoned leader with a track record in financial management and strategic vision.
Mr. Ghosh, a seasoned Chartered Accountant with 22 years of experience, possesses a diverse background, including international exposure. He has been a leader in demonstrating his expertise in Finance and Accounts management, Cost Control, Strategic Financial Planning, Budgeting, MIS, and SAP implementation. Mr. Ghosh leads the company’s global finance organization and is responsible for all finance controls and reporting. He oversees people, planning and processes that provide valuable and timely insights. Thereby enabling our business leaders to make decisions to support the business strategy, deliver long-term value, and ultimately, achieve financial success.
His career path includes stint at Autohangar Pvt Ltd, Nilkamal Ltd, American Standard Bath & Kitchen India Pvt. Ltd, and Adonis Electronics Pvt. Ltd (ONIDA).

Ltd. has over 3 decades of invaluable experience in the advertising industry across diverse consumer sectors including Financial Services, Travel, MEP, Food & Beverages, Housing, and FMCG products, Rohan brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to our Senior Leadership Team.
Rohan holds a Post Graduate degree in Advertising and Marketing from the prestigious Xavier Institute of Communications. His journey in the advertising world began in 1993 with Trikaya, where he honed his skills in Public Relations before transitioning into advertising. In the year 2000, Rohan embarked on his entrepreneurial venture as the co-founder of Nakshatra, an advertising agency that further enriched his industry insights and leadership abilities.
Rohan has played a pivotal role in shaping our corporate brand identity and SOCH dossiers. Notably, he was instrumental in designing our iconic logo and other branding elements that define Listenlights today. Mr. Chandan Banerjee as the Head of Technology at Listenlights Pvt. Ltd., has worked across various industries, including consulting, capital markets, financial services, contracting, telecom, fintech, retail, and food services. He has led projects that have transformed how organizations utilize data for informed decision-making.
For the past 16 years, he has managed an Analytics consultancy in Mumbai, focusing on Banking, Financial Services, Government, and Insurance. He has spearheaded numerous large-scale analytics initiatives for PSU Banks and Market Regulatory Authority Organizations globally.
Mr. Banerjee’s expertise extends to cutting-edge technologies used in data and analytics projects, enabling effective collaboration with specialists and ensuring project success. His achievements include developing Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) analytical products and fostering a culture of innovation. He is dedicated to delivering enterprise-class solutions that drive business value within budgetary and operational constraints.
Beyond his professional endeavors, he is actively involved in community service, serving as the Club Secretary of the Rotary Club of Millennium City, Vashi, and receiving recognition as the Best Club Secretary for RY 2022-2023.
