Vaidehi Modi is a highly accomplished finance leader and Chartered Accountant with over 25 years of experience across diverse sectors including pharmaceuticals, advertising, and real estate. As Senior Vice President – Finance at Listenlights Pvt. Ltd., she brings deep expertise in strategic financial planning, transformation, and operational excellence.

Vaidehi began her career at Pfizer India Ltd. and has since held leadership roles at globally recognized organizations such as EURO RSCG Advertising, Ogilvy & Mather, and Johnson & Johnson. She played a pivotal role at Tata Realty & Infrastructure, where she led major initiatives in M&A, due diligence, compliance, financial transformation and tax structuring.

Vaidehi is passionate about leveraging technology to elevate financial performance. She has successfully led ERP implementations (SAP S/4HANA ) and integrated business intelligence tools such as Tableau and Power BI to enable data-driven decision-making and financial agility.
